You will need details of dates and numbers attending in order to secure your provisional booking Simply download a booking confirmation form and return it with a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person for Party Lunches and Nights, New Year's Eve requires £20.00 non-resident and £50.00 resident. Cheques should be made out to "Shire Hotels Limited". Once the hotel has your deposit, you will receive a letter of confirmation. All deposits need to be paid within 14 days of the provisional booking to secure your date. To make your New Year booking, telephone Reservations on 01454 201090. Terms and Conditions Full Payment Full payment will be required 6-weeks prior to the event, unless credit arrangements have been organised in advance. For bookings made under 6-weeks, full payment is required immediately to confirm your booking. Amendment Of Numbers Should you need to decrease your numbers once prepayment has been made, no refund can be made. If you need to increase your numbers, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Insurance Cover As both deposits and prepayments are non-refundable, you are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover you in case of cancellation ~ due to illness, adverse weather or other reasons. Details and Prices All details and prices are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to alteration. Once a confirmed booking has been made, you would be advised in the unlikely event of any significant programme changes or a price change. All prices include VAT at 17.5%. Special Needs Please notify the hotel if any of your party have special needs or dietary requirements when you make your booking. Whilst every care is taken to check ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free from nuts.
