We take your leisure very seriously and so when you stay with us you have complimentary membership of the Spa throughout your stay.

You'll find a pool that's heated to an inviting temperature, lounge areas that are equipped for relaxing and an exercise area kitted out with all the latest equipment. And if it's all new to you - don't worry there's always help on hand to guide you through the facilities and how to use them.

  • 13m deck level swimming pool with relaxation area
  • Large fully equipped gym with air-conditioning and state of the art cardio vascular equipment
  • New Activity Studio with a wide range of inclusive classes for all Members including spinning, body pump, pilates and aerobics
  • Fast tan sunbed with facial unit
  • Children's splash pool
  • Relaxing lounge with complimentary hot drinks and Satellite LCD TV
  • Two treatment rooms where you can relax and revive your senses with ESPA treatments and therapies
  • Mixed colour therapy sauna
  • Mixed steam room on poolside

Open:

Monday to Friday - 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Weekends - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Swimming costumes, squash rackets and squash balls are available in the Spa. Refreshments are also available.

Children under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult (only children over 14 may use the gym facilities). Children are welcome in the Spa until 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday and at all times Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Qualified staff are on duty at all times to offer advice and ensure the safety of all users.
