Check-in and Check-out Times - You are welcome to check in at any time after 2:00 pm and, so that you can enjoy a leisurely last breakfast with us, you won't need to check out until 11:00 am either. If you would like to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance. We'll do our best to prepare your room for you. The Aztec also offers a late check-out on Sunday's (subject to availability). Children Children aged up to 16 years can stay free of charge in your room (the number and age of children that can be accommodated in their parent's room does vary between hotels so please check at time of booking) and you just pay for their breakfast as follows: Under 4 years - free, 4 - 10 years - £4 per child per night and 11 - 16 years - £8 per child per night. All other children's meals will be charged as taken. If you would like your children to be in their own interconnecting or adjacent room, the charge is £25 per child per night (including breakfast) based on a minimum of 2 children sharing the room. Children's rooms are subject to rate availability - please check at time of booking. Cots and highchairs are available at all hotels free of charge. Children can eat either from the children's Trekkers menu or choose half portions from the a la carte menu and pay half price. We appreciate that children's appetites differ from day to day, so to make things as flexible as possible, your children can take one course from the Trekkers menu for £5.95 or the full three courses for just £9.95, both options include a drink. Please check the facilities available when making your booking. Parking - All the hotels are designed with ease of unloading in mind and ample, free car parking. Pet Policy - With the exception of working dogs for disabled people we do not accept pets. However, there are several dog boarding kennels in Bristol including Rock House Boarding Kennels, Chase Boarding Kennels and Elm Farm Boarding Kennels. All are located a short distance from the hotel and will be delighted to look after your pet whilst you holiday in the South West. Rail Travel - If you're travelling by train we can arrange for you to be collected from the nearest rail station. Tourist Information - To help you plan your short break we keep a selection of local tourist information. You can either call the hotel in advance and we'll post a pack to you, alternatively pick up copies when you arrive or view events and local attractions online.
