This letter is to thank you ( Jane Highfield ) and your excellent team for all of your help and understanding during our conference last weekend. The fact that it was such a success was due in no small measure to your staff, this is something mentioned in most of the conference evaluation forms that have been returned.
Something that most people are not really aware of is the enormous amount of detailed planning that goes into the making of a successful conference and for this, Jane, I thank you personally. I also would like especially to thank Marc and Kaeno for their readiness to help at any moment and for their efficiency at sorting out any problems. My thanks also goes to Monika for her unflappable attention to detail and for producing such delicious and acclaimed food, and to Lewis for always being in the right place at the right time to help. And last but not least, I want to thank Adam and Leanne for their help too.

Dear Lewis, ( re orange project party)- Just a brief note to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for your assistance in making the project party such a success. The venue, the food and the arrangements were perfect and testament to your expertise in the planning and co-ordination beforehand. Although we did not have the numbers we quite envisaged, the evening was still great and feedback from our colleagues reflects this. Please pass on our special thanks to your duty manager and his staff who worked very hard on the evening to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Further to our event held in your Cotswold Suite, I just wanted to write to thank you and your staff at the hotel for all your help in making our event a success. The event ran very smoothly and the operational team on the day handled our demands quickly and professionally. Please also pass on my thanks to Keona who looked after us all day and was professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The staff in Quarter Jacks restaurant were also incredibly helpful and friendly but unfortunately I do not have their names to thank them personally. Please pass on our thanks to them. In addition, thank you to Amy and yourself for looking after the booking and making sure all our requirements were met. In the past three months we have held events at the Aztec and the staff and service we have received has been excellent.

Dear Adam,
This is just a note to thank you again so very much for your wonderful professionalism in looking after my group. As a master trainer in Customer Care for Tourist Boards, I can certainly use my template for my seminars! You are a credit to Shire Hotels, and I should very much like you to pass this letter on to your superiors.
The group loved their stay and were hugely impressed by the care of all the staff and the leadership skills showed, as well as the personal attention that was so impressive. One lady even said she insisted she had a son like you - quite a compliment! For all your unfailing kindness, are and help, your professionalism and attention to detail, my thanks once again. Also for making me feel so welcome, and making my job much easier. I have included a suitably glowing entry in my tour report.
This is a demanding group - but they said to me tonight that their experience of your hotel was quite simply faultless. Praise indeed - and so much deserved. Enjoy your day off - you have certainly earned it. I hope to see you with another group in the future.

I am writing on behalf of Little Bridge House to send you a heartfelt 'thank you' to you for all your wonderful expertise, support and advice that was without doubt the reason for our recent conference being such an oustanding success.
Could you please also pass on our thanks to your staff at the Hotel who worked extremely hard to make us all feel welcome and were so helpful in catering for our needs as well as those of our delegates. The accomodation, food and conference venue were superb.

Aztec Hotel Bristol just called to say they had re-let all the space we booked for the Launch of the National Eye Care Plan on 14th January.
As a result, NO CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL APPLY!
Now, this has to be a first for us because NO other hotel has EVER done this, although it's supposed to be a policy and to actually call US, is something else.
No wonder Shire Hotels won 'Best Hotel Group of the Year'.
We'd suggest you really do consider this venue for any future business in Bristol - It really is a great hotel & know you will be well looked after!

I have used the Aztec and North Lakes Hotels for running large and small conferences for the past 10 years. I have always found the hotel staff enthusiastic and helpful, The Conference Managers in particular have been extremely professional and have taken great care to ensure that my requirements are met.
The food is delicious and the dining room staff have been both pleasant and highly competent. The bedrooms and ensuite facilities are of a high standard and housekeeping staff efficient and unobtrusive.
The service the hotels have provided has contributed greatly to the success of my business and resulted in a very high level of repeat bookings. A measure of my satisfaction in Shire Hotels is that I now uses this group exclusively.
