Here at Aztec Hotel & Spa we take the environment and our environmental responsibilities very seriously. The nature of our business means that without care and consideration we can conflict with the environment. |

It is therefore our responsibility to manage our business in such a way as to reduce our environmental aspects and impacts without detriment to the product and service that our guests expect.
We have introduced a comprehensive environmental management strategy to allow us to operate as a more environmentally aware business. We have a variety of schemes in place to reduce our water and energy consumption, to minimise our waste levels and to reduce our carbon footprint. Recycling glass & cardboard as well as cooking oil, light bulbs, batteries and electrical equipment.
We are introducing recycling of office paper and plastic bottles, also introducing the use energy saving light bulbs where possible to further build upon our “Turn-Off” Policy and reduce our emissions to the environment.
Furthermore where possible we source local produce meaning food has not travelled hundreds of miles to get to your plate ensuring freshness, quality and reduced transportation. Whilst these may just sound like little things they all make a difference and help to protect the environment for future generations and us.
