Short Breaks
All short break accommodation rates include:

• Accommodation with en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, complimentary tea & coffee making tray, colour TV with Sky channels, trouser press and hairdryer.
• Membership of the Spa throughout your stay.
• 24 hour room service.
• Free high speed wireless Internet access.
• Free car parking.
• A complimentary morning newspaper.
• A great start to the day with a breakfast well worth getting up for! Light and fresh - healthy options or a full English - the choice is yours.
• If you choose a dinner-inclusive break - your choice of the à la carte menu at dinner - no supplements and surcharges - whatever you eat is included in the rate.
• The chance to join Affinity - and earn 10% of your spend towards future stays.

Short break rates valid for one night weekend stays and for minimum two night midweek stays based on two people sharing. Single supplements will apply. There may be a limited number of rooms available on these special rates. At certain times of year (e.g. Bank Holidays and Christmas / New Year) there may be residential programmes and special rates will apply.

Children
Up to 2 children under 16 years stay free when sharing with parents - breakfast charge: Under 4 years - FREE, 4 - 10 years £4 per child per night, 11 - 16 years £8 per child per night. Other meals will be charged as taken.

Alternatively, children can stay in their own room (subject to availability) for £25 per child per night Bed & Breakfast based on a minimum of 2 children under 16 years sharing.

Cots and highchairs are available at all hotels free of charge.

Children's meals are served in all the hotels, but in order to preserve a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests we ask that families with under 12's dine in the restaurant prior to 8pm.

Children can eat either from the children's Trekkers menu or choose half portions from the a la carte menu and pay half price. We appreciate that children's appetites differ from day to day, so to make things as flexible as possible, your children can take one course from the Trekkers menu for £5.95 or the full three courses for just £9.95, both options include a drink.

Celebration Packages and Upgrades
Upgrade to a Four Poster, Lakeside or Contemporary Executive Room including a complimentary bowl of fruit or experience a Premier Suite (one bedroom suite with separate lounge area) including a complimentary bowl of fruit and bottle of house wine. For celebrationary occasions add that something special to make your stay truely memorable.

Shire Hotels is the first UK hotel group to offer all non-smoking facilities.

For those who would like to smoke, we have made provisions outside the hotel - and although it’s not a comfortable lounge, with cosy chairs, we do hope that you will find the shelter and protection from the elements that we have provided for you make this a more acceptable solution.
