With so many travel websites out there offering you the 'lowest rate' it's difficult to know where to turn for the best available rate. You can be confident that if you make your booking via the Shire Hotels website you will be offered the best available rate for your stay.
- The guarantee covers all eight Shire Hotels.
- If you make a booking on the Shire Hotels Website and then, within 24 hours, find a rate on the internet for the same stay that is cheaper - we will honour the lower rate and give you a further 10% off that rate. To claim please submit the Best Rate Guarantee Form.
- The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to contracted, confidential or otherwise unpublished rates, such as Inntrust members special offers, Spa members rates, negotiated corporate or group rates and pre paid rates that involve a voucher.
- Shire Hotels reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
