Spa treatment hints & tips at the Aztec Spa, Bristol

  We like to make sure that you are able to relax and enjoy your treatment as much as possible. And with that in mind, we've put together some useful hints & tips to read before you take your spa treatment:

  • A locker with robe and slippers is provided for everyone who is taking a treatment
    
    
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself enough time to change, complete your personal consultation card and unwind in the relaxation area.
    
    
  • For "wet" treatments, we recommend you bring a change of underwear, or disposables can be provided.
    
    
  • We respectfully request that men wear briefs or swimming trunks in the public areas.
    
    
  • Some Spa treatments are not suitable if you're undergoing any form of medication, you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Please check when booking.
    
    
  • Some of our oils are not suitable if you have a nut allergy - an alternative oil and treatment can be arranged, so please advise at time of booking.
    
    
  • To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance - we recommend 2 weeks for midweek and 4 weeks for weekend.

  • Please give 24 hours' notice of cancellation or re-schedule. Cancellations or re-scheduled appointments within 24 hourse will incur a 50% charge.
